Greece area residents living with memory issues — and their care partners – have a new resource available at the Greece Public Library: Stay Sharp Kits.
STAY SHARP KITS
Do you have a friend or a loved one who is experiencing memory loss or other cognitive issues? The Greece Public Library has acquired 10 themed “Stay Sharp” kits to share with the community. These interactive kits include fun and engaging items to spark conversation, reminiscing, and brain activity. Themes include:
* Explore the Art World *Let’s Move * Gardening * Handyman * Dogs * Cats * Homemaker * On the Road Again * Things That Fly * Senior Game Night
Kits are available at the library for check out for 3 weeks, one per person. Thank you to the Friends & Foundation of the Rochester Public Library (FFRPL) for funding the kits through the Harold Hacker Fund for the Advancement of Libraries.
