Upcoming Change in Library Hours
Beginning in May 2026, The Greece Public Library will be closed from 9am to 12pm on the first Thursday of every month.
This monthly closure will provide the opportunity for training, service improvements and facility maintenance; all of which directly support our ability to provide excellent service to the community.
We recognize that any change to hours can be an adjustment and we appreciate understanding and flexibility. These monthly sessions will help ensure the Greece Public Library an effective, welcoming and responsive resource to our community.
The library will reopen at 12pm on the days impacted by this schedule change and will operate with normal hours for the remainder of the day.
The 2026 dates affected by this change in schedule are:
- May 7, 2026
- June 4, 2026
- July 2, 2026
- August 6, 2026
- September 3, 2026
